• Ensuring accessibility of pickup and delivery locations
• Being present or having authorized representatives at pickup and delivery

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Illegal goods or contraband
• Hazardous materials without proper authorization and documentation
• Perishable goods without appropriate refrigeration arrangements
• Items prohibited by Saudi Arabian law
• Any goods that pose a risk to personnel or equipment

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as specified in the service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Damage resulting from improper packaging by the client
• Loss due to inaccurate information provided by the client
• Consequential or indirect damages

8.2 Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Clients may request additional cargo insurance at their expense.

9. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be:

• Noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
• Submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
• Accompanied by supporting documentation

Failure to comply with these requirements may void your claim.

10. Intellectual Property
